Our case managers work closely with clients and their support networks and all professionals involved to set clear goals, coordinate care, and track progress. We remain involved throughout the recovery journey—adapting services as needs change and ensuring clients stay actively involved in guiding their own progress.

When required, we help set up and manage care teams tailored to each client. This includes assistance with recruitment, supervision, and training, as well as administrative services such as HR advice and payroll support—delivered through trusted third-party partners.

For cases already under management, we offer desktop reviews to provide an independent second opinion. These are available to both claimant and defendant parties and can offer clarity on case progress, recommendations, and strategy.

Our vocational services assess how an injury has affected a client’s ability to work and explore options for re-engagement or return to employment. We focus on realistic, meaningful outcomes that support long-term independence and wellbeing.
